Mary Puccio was born in the Midwest, and following a short stint as a Californian has been a Boise resident since 1973. As a former physician recruiter, working with people in transition became second nature and launched her into her love for real estate over 25 years ago. Knowledge of the community and experience count in this business and a desire to help people transition is essential! Mom, wife and grandma are her favorite roles – Realtor is right behind them. She’s a believer in the law of attractions, leading with gratitude, paying it forward and doing the right things for the right reasons, so Keller Williams is the perfect fit. Mary’s passion for family is sprinkled with a love of red wine, cooking, tennis, soccer, fly fishing, all things Italian and Porsches, all shared with her loving husband of 30+ years, Dave.

Tracy (Custer) Nelson brings an incredibly rich background to her real estate role. Raised in Boise, she followed her dreams of playing Division I soccer at WSU (GO COUGS), coached at Ole Miss and was the head coach at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff for the first four years of their program. Tracy sets goals and meets them – and she kicked balls for a living! What more could you want in a Realtor!! Tracy returned to her beloved Boise, found her way into her real estate career when she partnered with Mary Puccio, her Mom in the early 2000’s. Her beautiful twin babies were born in 2008 and as they grew, Tracy took advantage of an opportunity to utilize her Masters in Education as a middle school teacher while raising young babies. The pull to rejoin Puccio & Co. at Keller Williams Realty Boise and return to her real estate roots was strong, and she did so in 2016. Tracy’s broad range of life experience as an athlete, coach, teacher and passionate mom allow her to bring a wealth of knowledge and skill to her clients.
